First, mix different paint colors in glasses of water. Dip pieces of cotton stuffing into each color to dye them, then squeeze out the water. Next, place plastic cling film over a tape roll and layer the colored cotton pieces inside in rainbow order.

Pull the plastic film tightly around the cotton to form a round ball and wrap it with clear tape. Finally, use markers to draw cute eyes and a smiling face on your new squishy.
